Client Application and File Backups

CygNet applications on client computers do not need to be backed up. In the event of the client computer crashing, the applications can be reloaded from the host.

When client files such as CygNet Studio screens and graphs are stored in the Blob Storage Service, they are automatically backed up as part of the BSS backup. If the client files are stored in the standard file system, they must be backed up as part of the computer/network backup.
